Writing a revision of s1p3-4 that intends to address the difference between candidate support and issue support. The intent is to not inhibit support of personal issues while preventing organized groups from supporting a candidate or elected official outside of the candidate/official's constituency.

s1p3 Removed "Donations can only be made to an eligible candidate."
Original: A citizen is limited to a total donation for any political purposes to two thousand U.S. dollars per two year election cycle. Donations can only be made to an eligible candidate. Donations may not be taxed.

s1p4 Added to the end of the paragraph "Nothing in this section (1) is to be construed to limit a citizen from directing their personal funds in support of an issue, however these funds may not contradict the statements of the first 3 paragraphs of this section (1) being otherwise limited to factual information dissemination."

s5p3 Added "living"... for all living members past and present.
